## About this design

This is the gingerbread house we all try to make and never quite manage. It's iced in white and soft pink with scalloped trim on the roof, candy hearts and peppermints pressed into every wall, and a tiny red bow on the door, standing in a forest of sugar-dusted trees.

It's playful without being childish, so it suits a kitchen, a kids' room, a holiday baking corner or a festive gallery wall alike. The warm biscuit tones balance the pinks nicely if your decor runs cream and natural wood.

For families who make a gingerbread house every year, it's a sweet way to remember the tradition. It's an easy gift for kids, bakers and anyone with a sweet tooth and a soft spot for Christmas.

Look for the candy hearts along the path and the iced details on every window.
