# Shipping & returns

> How long Handcrafted Home orders take to print and ship across Canada and to the US, what it costs, and our returns policy.

Everything we sell is printed to order. Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days and then shipped with tracking. You’ll get an email with the tracking link the moment yours leaves.

## Canada

Our posters, canvas prints and some mugs are made in Ontario and usually reach you within 2–6 business days of printing. Other pieces, like ornaments, pillows and blankets, are printed by our partner studios in the US and can take a few days longer to arrive. Each product page says when an item is made in Ontario. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

## United States

We ship to the US too. Prices are in Canadian dollars; shipping is calculated at checkout and delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after printing.

## Christmas deadlines

For delivery in Canada before Christmas, order ornaments, stockings, pillows, blankets, wrap and everything else from our US studios by **December 3**, and posters and canvas made in Ontario by **December 7**. Those dates allow for the slow end of printing and shipping; earlier is always safer, especially for gifts going across the country.

## Returns

Because each piece is printed to order just for you, we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

## Damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund you.
