Where are your products made?+
Every piece is printed to order just for you. Our posters, canvas prints and some mugs are made in Ontario; other pieces, like ornaments, pillows and blankets, are printed by our partner studios in the US. Each product page says when an item is made in Ontario.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days. Pieces made in Ontario usually arrive 2–6 business days after that; items from our US studios can take a few days longer. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Can I fix a typo in my personalization?+
Yes, if you’re quick. Orders wait an hour before going to print. Reply to your order confirmation email within that hour and we’ll correct it. After printing starts we can’t change it.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?+
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund you. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
Do you ship to the United States?+
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and shipping to the US is calculated at checkout.
Who makes the artwork?+
Our designs are created in-house with the help of digital tools, then curated, refined and checked by hand before they’re offered for sale.
