Shipping & delivery

Everything we sell is printed to order. Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days and then shipped with tracking. You’ll get an email with the tracking link the moment yours leaves.

Canada

Our posters, canvas prints and some mugs are made in Ontario and usually reach you within 2–6 business days of printing. Other pieces, like ornaments, pillows and blankets, are printed by our partner studios in the US and can take a few days longer to arrive. Each product page says when an item is made in Ontario. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

United States

We ship to the US too. Prices are in Canadian dollars; shipping is calculated at checkout and delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after printing.

Christmas deadlines

For personalized ornaments and stockings, order by the first week of December for delivery before Christmas in Canada. We post the exact cut-off dates here as the season goes on.

Damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund you. Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns for a change of mind.
